Most clients come to us with a specific request: a new website, better SEO, Google Ads. We take those requests seriously. But we also ask the question that usually doesn't get asked — does the foundation support what you're trying to build? More often than not, it doesn't. Not because the work hasn't been done, but because it hasn't been connected.
Running a business means handling things you were never trained for. Marketing, operations, technology, sales — most of it lands on the founder by default. The result is usually a collection of tools and tactics that don't talk to each other, and results that are hard to read. We've seen this across eight different industries over three years. The solution is always the same: fix the foundation first, then build up.

In 2024 we took on Judge Law as a client — a growing UK law firm using Clio. The brand work, website, and paid acquisition were performing. But once a lead came through the door, visibility dropped to zero. So we built Kefilex: an analytics platform that gives law firms full visibility from first lead to bill paid, integrated with Clio.
Kefilex is live and available to UK law firms. It's the clearest proof of what we believe — that Brand, Build, and Grow only work properly when they're treated as one connected system.
